Immortality

My life was grand.
My life was pure.
The beat of my heart
Matched the rhythm of my soul,
That is until it was taken away.
The glimmer in his eye,
The strength of his arms
Made me feel protected.
His hands grasped around my neck
And brought me close to his mouth.
There he exposed his teeth.
A sharp pain pricked my skin.
The warmth of my body left,
Leaving along with my soul.
I died.
No more heartbeat.
Only death
And with this came life.
My eyes ripped open
As I gasped for air.
Panic.
Then I saw him.
His green eyes assuring me
No more grief.
No more pain.
Only life.

It's Just One of Those Days

Today is just one of those days where you don't want to hear the world. Today is the type of day where you just want to drown out all the background noise with music. Everything is annoying and irritating except the one thing that can never disappoint you; music. I don't know why today is one of those days. Nothing really went wrong. I am just glad that there is music and my favorite youtubers to help with this nasty taste in my mouth. I don't enjoy feeling this way, I wish it never came to visit.

Hello All

Here it is. My first ever blog. I guess just to start this out is to explain who I am. Hi there, my name is Logan and no, Logan isn't a name only for boys. As of right now I am attending the University of Nevada, Reno. I am majoring in photography because it is a passion of mine. I love the creativity in it and the calmness I receive.
